Russell DeGroote, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and founder of SEAK Health, specializing in surgical excellence and aesthetic medicine for Southeast Alaska. Dr. DeGroote has expanded his expertise to include anti-aging medicine, aesthetic treatments, and minor cosmetic procedures. His unique combination of surgical precision and aesthetic artistry allows him to help patients achieve their goals—whether recovering from injury, enhancing their appearance, or maintaining vitality through evidence-based anti-aging therapies. At SEAK Health, Dr. DeGroote offers advanced treatments including injectables, laser therapies, STEM cell therapy and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.

Jenny brings 20 years of nursing experience to SEAK Health, combining clinical expertise with a warm, patient-centered approach to care. Throughout her career, she has built strong skills in assessment, patient education, and creating treatment plans that prioritize safety and comfort. Jenny is known for her compassionate presence and ability to put patients at ease, building trust through excellent communication and individualized attention. Committed to staying current with the latest techniques and best practices, she maintains active certifications and regularly pursues continuing education. Outside the clinic, Jenny enjoys spending time with her three busy boys and exploring all the outdoor adventures Southeast Alaska has to offer!
